We at Mangrove believe in change. We believe the Internet gave us all sorts of possibilities to make that change. We believe it will make you change your business, your environment, your life. And we would love to help you with that. But we also realize that in a highly evolving world, you sometimes have to embrace the chaos, let go of assumptions and give up trying to catch reality in a system.

Enter the Agile principle. What this basically says is that, because change is inevitable, you have to set up a lightweight process that enables you to change.

At Mangrove, we think Scrum is one of these Agile frameworks that suits our business and our way of working best. It is nothing more than a simple, but proven, set of rules. If most methodologies are like cricket, Scrum is like rugby.

We try to keep our brainstorm room 'topless'. Eh, that's without laptops & screens.
We kept all the original details of the building intact. A nice mix of high tech and a rough finish.
Wondering when we came up with that brilliant idea? It was probably at our bar after work.
If we ever get into an argument, we solve it over a fanatic game of fußball.

We believe in team work. With over 40 professionals we work closely together. With each other and… our clients! That's why we don't work with freelancers and don't outsource anything.

We call our organization flatland. With 3 managing partners: Oscar van Veen, Roel Schiefelbusch and Robert Leefmans.
